Villa College Unveils Groundbreaking Expansion with 8 New Programmes
Today marks a significant milestone for Villa College as it proudly introduces eight new programmes, significantly broadening its educational offerings. These programmes, ranging from culinary arts to advanced engineering, reflect Villa College's commitment to providing diverse and relevant learning opportunities for students.
New Programmes Include:
1- Master of Clinical Psychology
2- Master of Engineering (Electronics)
3- Master of Engineering (Electrical)
4- Master of Engineering (Mechanical)
5- Master of Engineering (Mechatronics)
6- Master of Engineering (Computing)
7- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours)
8- Certificate 3 in Culinary Arts
These programmes were launched at a special ceremony held today at Villa College. These programmes were launched by Dr. Ali Haidar Ahmed, Minister of Housing, Land, and Urban Development, will grace the occasion as the esteemed Chief Guest. His presence underscores the significance of Villa College's contributions to education and workforce development in the Maldives.

Villa College proudly asserts its leadership yet again by becoming the first institution to introduce Master's programmes in engineering in the Maldives as they were the first to introduce Bachelor’s level programmes in engineering back in 2020. This pioneering initiative reflects the college's commitment to fostering academic excellence and addressing the evolving needs of industries.
The expansion of Villa College's programme offerings underscores its dedication to preparing students for success in today's dynamic global landscape.
These programmes will be made available for all interested individuals to enrol in the May 2024 Intake.
