The Master of Organisational Psychology prepares students to be knowledgeable, self-reflective, and reflexive practitioners with a commitment to career-long professional development and the maintenance of professional standards. The programme enables students to produce scientifically driven data and apply it to enhance workplace productivity and efficiency.
