Villa College has signed an MoU with Chitkara University, India on 19th July to significantly advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will promote collaborative efforts in academics, research, and social impact.
The signing ceremony was attended by a team from Chitkara University including the Pro-Chancellor, Dr Madhu Chitkara, Vice President, Infrastructure Enhancement, Dr Rina Angel, and a team of Pro Vice-Chancellors and Directors. They welcomed Dr. Najeeb, the Vice Rector of Villa College, and Mr. Margret Vijay, the Director of Global Ranking and Data Analytics, who represented Villa College in the signing ceremony.
This partnership aims to implement projects and initiatives that address key SDGs, including Climate Action (Goal 13), Life Below Water (Goal 14), Good Health and Well-being (Goal 3), Quality Education (Goal 4), Gender Equality (Goal 5), Clean Water and Sanitation (Goal 6), Decent Work and Economic Growth (Goal 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17).
This MoU will facilitate conducting joint researches and academic activities and events such as courses, seminars and lectures with Chitkara University.
Together with Chitkara University we hope to make a significant impact on quality education experience.
