VILLA COLLEGE FSL STUDENTS MAKE HISTORY AS RUNNER-UPS IN MIDDLE EAST VIS PRE-MOOT

The Faculty of Shariah and Law (FSL) team of Villa College has accomplished a remarkable feat by securing the runner-up position in the 13th Annual Middle East Vis Pre-Moot, held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on 23-25 February. This is a significant achievement for the Maldives as it marks the first time a Maldivian team has made it to the finals of a Vis Pre-Moot.


The team comprised Aishath Maahy Shafeeu (LLB), Aishath Zaain Nashid (LLB), Ahmed Athfa Afeef (LLB), and Ahmed Ghassan Ibrahim (BSL), who had recently undergone training in Kazakhstan. Their impressive performance in the competition is a testament to their dedication and hard work.
