CHAMPIONS OF THE SAS INVITATIONAL FUTSAL TOURNAMENT 2019!

Villa College women's team won the SAS Invitational Futsal Tournament 2019.The tournament was held from 1st March to 5th March 2019. Villa College participated in the men's and women's category, winning the latter in a scintillating final match.The VC Men's team faced off in a tough group and unfortunately lost both the group matches despite some brilliant performances from the players.The women's team had other ideas. Winning the first match 3-2 against V-Media cemented their place in the final. Next up was their final group match against fellow finalists Villa Shipping and Trading Company. The match ended in a 1-1 draw poising the final match nicely as both teams had equal chances of winning it. The VC Women's team however, had too much in the locker for the opposition as they crushed VSTC in the final, winning 5-0 in a memorable night for Villa College.SAS Invitational Futsal Tournament 2019 was held between the staff of different companies and institutions of the Villa group.
