A team from Villa College, led by Vice Rector Dr. Ali Najeeb and Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Dr. Lokesh Singh, visited Amity University Noida in India to sign an MoU. The Villa College team also included the Dean of Faculty of Sharia and Law Uza. Asna Ahmed, the Director of Marketing and Communication Ms. Nizna Ali, and the Director of Global Ranking and Data Analytics Mr. Margret Vijay. The representative from Amity University that signed the MoU was Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, the Group Vice Chancellor.

The scope of the agreement covers five main areas including student exchange programmes, which can be upto a duration of two semesters and may expand further in the future. Faculty exchange programmes are also included in the scope, through Visiting Faculty opportunities, and joint research projects where staff from both institutions can collaborate on seeking funding from external agencies. The MoU also hopes to explore coordinated postgraduate and doctorate programmes, along with joint academic activities and events, which can include short courses, seminars, workshops, or conferences, and sharing research and technology. This MoU hopes to expand and develop further opportunities for students studying under the discipline of engineering and technology.
