Student Desk services

The Student Desk is the first point of contact for students and prospective students at Villa College.

All student related documents, including Student Forms assigned for different purposes, are distributed to and collected from students through the Student Desk.

Drop by at the Student Desk for any enquiry regarding your studies at Villa College, and our staff can help you in clarifying any issues and guiding you to the relevant departments.

Student Desk opening hours: 0900hrs to 2200hrs on weekdays and Saturdays. 

Learning Support

When students join Villa College, they become part of a learning community made up of faculty, staff and fellow students.

We strive to support students with diverse learning needs in achieving their highest potential.

Learning support services include the following.

        Free Wi-Fi access to all students within the College premises

Online portal (MyVC and Moodle) to provide e-learning access to all students

        Library services from the main library at QI Campus, and e-library services

        Workshops and short courses organized by the faculties and institutions

Counselling

Students may request one-on-one counselling and guidance sessions for both academic and non-academic issues.

This FREE service is provided in collaboration with the faculties and institutions. The College ensures that the records of the sessions are maintained confidentially.

If you would like to meet with a counsellor or make a booking for a counselling session, you may contact the Student Desk at 3303263 and request a counselling session.
