CERTIFICATE 4 IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Objectives of the Programme

The programme aims to enable students to:

  • Demonstrate generalized theoretical and factual knowledge of human resource management and relate them to a range of practical applications;
  • Use applied knowledge and understanding, together with routine techniques, to address issues related to human resource management in practical contexts;
  • Obtain and organize information to make generalisations and suggest solutions to routine problems;
  • Apply language and mathematical skills required to undertake further studies;
  • Use computer skills and applications competently for the workplace and for educational purposes;
  • Acquire critical thinking skills and research skills that are appropriate for carrying out a range of activities independently for study purposes and for workplace application

 

Entry Requirement:
  • Three O'Level passes C and above, OR
  • Certificate 3 in a relevant field

Alternative Entry
  • 18 years of age and work experience of one year in a job that required reading, writing and comprehension in the language of instruction

Course Fee: 2,500 per Month
